This Privacy Policy explains how Ovrin Softwares (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, send us an inquiry, or respond to our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram. Ovrin Softwares is a sole proprietorship owned by Piyush, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

It applies to visitors to our website, potential customers and anyone who contacts us about our services. It does not cover other websites or services that we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

We collect the information you choose to give us:

• Through the inquiry form on our website: your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional) and the details you share about your project.
• Through Facebook or Instagram lead forms: the information shown on the form you submit, described in section 4.
• When you email or call us: your contact details and anything you include in your message or tell us.

We also collect information about your visits to the website, described in section 5. Please don’t include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in your inquiry.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your inquiry and answer your questions;
• understand your project requirements and prepare proposals or estimates;
• communicate with you by email or phone about your inquiry and the services you asked about;
• provide the services you request, if we agree to work together;
• measure how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs, and show it to people who may be interested in our services;
• keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse of the inquiry form; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis for using personal information, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services, your consent where you have given it, and compliance with legal obligations.

We may advertise our services on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta Platforms. If you submit a lead form in one of our advertisements, Meta collects the information shown on that form, such as your name, email address, phone number and any answers you give, and makes it available to us.

We use this information to respond to your service inquiry, contact you to discuss your project requirements, and follow up about the services you asked about. After it reaches us, it is kept in Meta’s Leads Center and handled as described in this policy.

Meta’s own collection and use of information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta. When you visit a page, it uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the page you visited, your IP address and details about your browser and device, and sends it to Meta. We use this to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and to show our advertisements to people who may be interested in our services. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account, as described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can choose how Meta uses this information for advertising in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We do not use any other analytics tools on our website.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. When you submit the inquiry form, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions; it is not saved with your inquiry.

If we add other analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy.

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle inquiries:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google (Google Apps Script, Google Sheets and Gmail): inquiries sent through the website are saved to a Google Sheet, and we are notified by email.
• Meta provides the Facebook and Instagram lead forms described in section 4 and the Meta Pixel described in section 5.

These providers process information to provide their services to us, under their own terms and privacy policies. Some of them may store or process information in countries other than your own.

Inquiries are stored with the service providers described in section 6. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and no longer than 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or we need it to resolve a dispute. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

The website and its inquiry form are served over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and to limit access to the people who need it to handle your inquiry. However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with the service providers described in section 6, so that they can provide their services to us;
• with others when you ask us to or agree to it, for example on a project you ask us to deliver;
• when required by law, regulation, legal process or a lawful request from a public authority;
• where necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others, as permitted by law; and
• as part of a merger, sale or restructuring of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Depending on where you live, and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information;
• object to or restrict certain uses of it, or withdraw your consent where we rely on it; and
• receive a copy of it in a commonly used format.

To protect your information, we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, for example by replying to the email address you used to contact us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may need to be kept where the law requires it.

You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on this page.
